Aroma: Fruit driven style displaying spicy berry and fruit characters, with notes of mushroom, red berry aromas and subtle oak.
Palate: Soft, medium bodied wine with elegant fruit and gentle tannins and smooth finish.

Individual blocks were picked and processed separately. The grapes were gently destemmed and crushed into fermentation vessels. The must was inoculated and fermented on skins for between 7-10 days, being gently hand plunged up to six times daily. Some batches were left on skins for 10-15 days after fermentation. The grapes were basket pressed and most of the pressings were combined with the freely drained
wine. The wine was matured in barrels for 7 months prior to bottling.
Barrel: A Combination of new seasoned 1,2,and 3 year old French Oak was used.
