This ultra premium Syrah displays lifted notes of plum, cassis clove and cinnamon. The wine has a big structure with a powerful texture and flavour.

maker's Notes:
Picked off the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard , this wines was fermented in open top tanks using wild yeast. A small volume of Viognier was co-fermented with the Syrah. The wine was hand plunged, with up top 35 days of skin contact. basket pressed to French oak barriques for a maturation length of 12 months.
