This reserve Viognier was harvested in two batches at to maximise flavour profile, a vibrant fruit driven style which displays lifted notes of Orange Blossom , Jasmine, White Peach and Ginger. The Palate is rich, full bodied and seamless displaying notes of Pear Drop, Tangerine and spice notes with a full rich palate.

Grown on the dry river shingle of the Dartmoor valley and Gimblett Gravels. Whole berry pressed, and tank fermented cool to retain its fruit driven characteristics. Full bodied in style displaying spice notes of Ginger, Jasmin with strong citrus lime notes. The wine has been cross flow filtered, cold and heat stabilsed, and made without the use of animal products.
